BLACKBERRY JAM/JELLY
Blackberry jelly is so tasty on biscuits or a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. We like to use Pomona's Universal Pectin (which can be found at Whole Foods/Sprouts/Central Market) because you have more freedom to decide how sweet your jelly will be.
